Our library of thousands of REAL exercise demonstrations videos is the largest in the industry. I always strive to offer the best online personal training programs to my clients and the system is constantly improving every day.
Every exercise includes detailed written instructions and streaming video demonstrations to show proper form and technique complete with your choice of a male or female fitness model.
The exercises are chosen for you by me based on personal preference, equipment availability and effectiveness. I choose from the following list of exercises: Functional, Stability, Balls, Bands, Balance, Free Weights, Body Weight, Machines, Flexibility, Unilateral, Plyometric, and Cardiovascular!

As a client, you can add your own exercises!

If you don’t see your favorite exercise in my routine, I will add it for you, complete with detailed instruction. Professional video shoots are conducted periodically through the year to keep our database of exercise updated and current.

As a client, you will receive detailed reporting such as strength gains, cardiovascular improvements, workout history, fitness assessment, and so much more. I will be with you every step of the way and track your progress!

Professional nutritional programs.

Every client can access every food available in the USDA database to find nutritional values and caloric content.
Our exclusive DietMaster™ software can be used to create goal- specific meal plans for you!

In addition, the sophisticated system provides client accountability with automated food logging, nutritional reporting, calorie tracking and much more!
Unlike other meal plans, your personal preference dictates your diet. You can choose from hundreds of meal plan types such as low fat, low carb, performance athlete, vegetarian, on-the-go, and many others.
